"Ladakh, a Union territory in northern India, was one of the stops during my family vacation. Due to its high altitude (about 18,000ft or 5486m), the weather varied between harsh and pleasant. I visited Druk Padma Karpo School (DPKS) on August 5th and 6th, 2025 to share my knowledge of table tennis as a part of the BTT program. Although I was nervous at first— having never performed in front of a large group— the staff and students were incredibly welcoming, which helped me feel at ease. For many students, it was their first time seeing table tennis equipment. After explaining the rules and fundamentals of the sport, they quickly picked up how to play and had a great time. I enjoyed teaching them and left feeling confident and proud of the impact I made. Before leaving, I encouraged the Vice Principal to promote indoor activities like table tennis, and I plan to continue supporting the sport remotely.
